Kecia has been in the holistic health field since 2001 with over 9 years of experience teaching anatomy, physiology and bodywork giving her an extensive knowledge base in which to treat her patients from. Her belief in an integrative approach to health and wellness is what led her to pursue a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese medicine at Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California. Kecia’s passion for learning about the human body and helping people find relief are what drives her to specialize in orthopedic, pain and autoimmune conditions. Hillary received a full academic scholarship from the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology & Health Science in 2002. She then chose to fulfill her dream of helping people attain wellness and studied Acupuncture at Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine in Gainesville and received her Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2009.
During her studies, Hillary gained advanced training in fertility and pregnancy as well as Shen-Hammer Pulse Diagnosis and Contemporary Medicine. Additionally, Hillary received further credentialing in the field of fertility by earning the ABORM Fellowship in 2014. ABORM stands for American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine, and is a non-profit devoted to teaching, research, and the practice of Oriental Medicine as it relates to reproductive disorders and obstetrics. Helping others to realize their dreams of creating families is one of her greatest passions. Her patient load is comprised primarily of women trying to conceive both naturally and through assisted means, women experiencing discomfort or complications during pregnancy, and individuals needing support through major life transitions.
